Borderlands

It has been two weeks after the last day of schooling, if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, I have been doing all sorts of activities like upgrading my weapons and switching up the strategies in Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer, and doing revisions on some Form 4 subjects. I'm downloading Borderlands on the other hand too. Screw that Rabbit Chair for not allowing resumable downloads. I have to use Hotfile instead and it is very annoying to wait for 30 minutes before downloading the next file. Luckily I have a download accelerator.


I'm doing some upgradings in my new Maple Story Aran character. I'm at level 17 now, I don't have time to really upgrade my level because I have to do the same for my COD4. Aran skills are awesome especially when it comes to the double swing attack.


By the way, I was so freaking bored just now that I killed my time preparing a pie chart about my daily activities. As you can see in the first one, I spent most of the time playing COD4 on garena. I made another one hoping that I would follow it in order to get better results next year.

Classic

Before this, I had a wrong perception about Coldplay. I seldom listen to their songs except for Viva La Vida as the song ranked the top in Billboard Chart last year. For some reason, I stumbled upon this video, entitled "Fix You" by Coldplay. Best song ever!

Well, after that, I told him I wanted to post the conversation into my blog. And this is what he replied.

Alright, so basically, that is Nicholas. Anyway, I heard that the school printed out the wrong timing for SPM Moral paper. Such an embarrassment. The test was supposed to start at 8 but the school printed out 10. If this happens to me next year, I'm not sure what I am going to do but its like we've been suffering for 2 whole freaking years to learn Moral, and this is what we get in the end. 2 years learning on how to answer questions in the correct format, 2 years memorising Nilai and Definisi. And then, the real exam starts earlier than it is supposed to be.

Uncommon common infected

I have downloaded the full version of the new released Left 4 Dead 2, and the game file was ripped by a Chinese dude, so thanks a lot. I don't have to donate my 20 bucks away to the PC Gamer shop. By the way, if you want to get a Windows game DVD with a nice paperback and with an affordable price, I suggest you to purchase it at Chop Soon Seng. They sell PC DVDs for RM9.90 for one disc. And the good thing is, you don't have to wait for the suppliers to supply all the stocks like what I'd been experiencing when I bought the Modern Warfare 2.


So, right here, I'll be giving you some spoilers about Left 4 Dead 2. I've played the first campaign and there are like five campaigns in it. The five campaigns include Dead Center, Dark Carnival, Swamp Fever, Hard Rain and The Parish.
















New infected: The Spitter who spills acid. The Charger who uses its oversized arm to smash survivors into the ground. The Jockey who locks onto the head of a survivor.











New uncommon common infected: Ceda Workers, Mudman and Clowns.











New Survivors: Ellis the mechanic, Coach the coach, Nick the gambler, Rochelle the producer.





Six game modes including the new ones: Play Campaign, Realism, Versus, Survivor, Scavenge and Single Player. Of all the game modes, you can only play Single Player in offline mode. But I've tried playing the campaign mode with some other players in Korea through Garena. Lags a bit though. Too bad most of the Malaysians player prefer to play Left 4 Dead, but not Left 4 Dead 2.

So, I realised I had criticised a lot about this Left 4 Dead 2 a few weeks ago. I was wrong indeed. I thought it is so boring but in fact, the gameplay is better than Resident Evil 5. It is slightly better than Modern Warfare 2 in terms of playing it in the multiplayer mode. No wonder its metascore in Steam is 90, Modern Warfare 2 only 87.


Go to some random PC Game shop now and grab a copy from the retailers!

Being way too desperate for something

If I am given all the opportunities to do whatever I want, I want to go to Japan, pawn Nicholas in Call of Duty 4, go back to school to see the PMR results and laugh at myself, play Left 4 Dead 2 and Borderlands on Garena, finish all the spec-ops mission with my friends online, hang out at Parkson and watch 2012 and study for Form 5.


Can you actually believe that I woke up at six in the morning just to download Left 4 Dead 2? The internet connection was really fast this morning and I grabbed all the chances to download the game file. It took me 2 hours to download 400MB file. Usually, it takes around 7 hours to download 400MB file, approximately.


I hope I can play Left 4 Dead 2 tonight.

Wedding Dress

I've never felt so emo after listening to a song, unlike this one. Basically, TaeYang's new single entitled, Wedding Dress, has a very sweet meaning if you understand the whole story line well. It is not just watching how the Korean girl reacts after getting banged by the two guys. Its about how someone tackles a girl. Alright, I won't go further into it so just watch this video and enjoy the song.

Internet connection is a pain in the arse

I was playing Call of Duty 4 on Garena and all of a sudden, the connection was interrupted. The gameplay in the Killhouse was so freaking awesome but the connection just ruined everything. I wanna live in Singapore. By the way, the game does not lag at all.

O Cristo Redentor

I managed to get through the third spec-ops mission alone without another player. We're supposed to play it online with friends but too bad, I bought the Jack Sparrow version and there is no way I can play it online through Steam. I eliminated 30 enemies without killing any civilians in the regular mode, don't expect me to play in the veteran mode, shut up. It took me 8 minutes 26 seconds. I need to learn some more COD strategies. I'm bored. Owh, and the mission is called O Cristo Redentor.

It is just the first day of the school holiday and I am right now suffering from boredom. I can't wait for the school to reopen so that I can have more gossips with my fellow friends. Miss that a lot.

I am desperate to play Call of Duty 6

It is really annoying when I have to download more than 100 Rapidshare files and mount them just to play Modern Warfare 2. Trust me. It will take more than one month if you choose to download the pirated version on the net. So, I've decided to change my mind and I don't mind spending RM30 on that game.


Went out to Parkson this morning at around 11 am. Went to the PC Gamer shop and was so upset to find out that the stock had finished. The seller told me to come back at 1 pm. So, I was just wandering around in the new mega mall looking at some electronics. I waited for about 2 hours and went back to the same shop to see if the stock had arrived, too bad, they asked me to wait for another half an hour or so.


At around 1.30, I went back again and finally, I could buy the dics. Costed me RM25. I know its expensive but what can I do, I'm desperate for it. Went down again to buy Slumdog Millionaire at the new Chop Soon Seng. I didn't realise Elaine was there until I saw someone smiling and waving at me. Lol.


Everyone is so desperate for the game. So, if you want to buy the discs at Parkson, you'll need to book for it one day before or a few hours before you can get it. Once the stocks arrive, the stocks will finish about an hour later. I went there at 1.30 pm and my one was the last stock. Damn, I was so freaking lucky. By the way, if you book for it, you have to come at the exact time so that the seller wont be selling the discs to other people.

I was actually doing some tutorials on frost and snowy scene but the results came out unsatisfying. The falling snow somehow looked like rainfall and the surrounding did not have any significance of winter effects. Therefore, I have decided to edit and modify everything into a doomsday photo effect. Basically, it looks so fake that you wouldn't even believe that the year 2012 is the year when the world comes to an end. I hope I can do some improvements on my photoshopping skills.

Basically, this is my very first time editing a person's look based on her virginity. The tutorial is really long and it takes me three hours to get this result. I've never edited someone's face in my entire whole life before. I was always wondering how Xia Xue could photoshop people's looks, until all of them look very surreal. The secret to do this is to use the liquify filter in Photoshop. Chey, so easy.

That's all for now. It took me 1 week to download this 3 GB demo as the file is hosted at Rapidshare, Rapidshare has the worst file delivery service ever. All privileges go to Rapidshare premium members. If the file is hosted at Mega Upload, I would be playing this game few days ago, but too bad, no one is willing to upload it there.


Left 4 Dead 2 demo is really awesome although we can only play in "The Parish". In the episode, they provide us with a few maps that we have to go through. I've found a few new melee weapons and they are baseball bat, frying pan, sword or knife and guitar. Besides that, I've found three new armed weapons such as the rifle, new shotgun and a new machine gun, I dunno what they are called.


I'll be coming back with more updates on the special infected like Jockey, Spitter, Charger and security-guard-like infected. I have the pictures now but lazy to upload. Till then.

Modern Warfare 2

Unlike any other game, Modern Warfare 2 has the best shooting gameplay of all time. It is really amazing when someone could remember a particular date based on the day of release of an overrated game. Example, Lau reminds me that 10 November 2009 falls on a Tuesday. Other than that, try and search for "10 November 2009" in Google or you may just click on I'm feeling lucky.





Same here. I can't wait for the game, although I am not a real fan of Call of Duty. I just played some missions in COD 4 and World at War. On top of that, the trailer is good and to be honest, it is way better than Left 4 Dead 2's trailer.





I hope we're all given freedom of speech, especially in my own school.

Bi Rain in Ninja Assassin

I was kind of surprise when I knew that Bi Rain is the main actor in the upcoming movie, entitled Ninja Assassin. The movie trailer is awesome and I'm going to target this movie right after I watch 2012. Wait for me. The videos below show the trailer and some random remix with the song "Rainism".

Taking the bus home alone

It was apparently my first time taking the school bus home, without being accompanied by my friends. I seldom use the bus as my parents always send me home right after school. But it was a different thing just now. Both my parents were busy and no one could send me home. I had thought of carpooling, but frankly speaking, I feel very awkward when I'm riding on someone else's car.


So, the most annoying thing about taking a bus home is when the bus leaves me and I have to wait for like an hour before the other buses arrive. On top of that, the least annoying thing is to walk a very long distance from the bus stop to my house. I bet most of you do not get what I mean.


I've got Warcraft 3 at last, from Chung Yu. I always wanted to play this game, not because of what, its all because everyone is talking about it. It is seriously impossible if no one plays Dota in the Cyber Cafe. So, after installing the game and started up everything, I realised that I was lost. I did not know which key to bind with, I didn't even know the controls. I couldn't kill the creeps. I wanted to play it but I had seriously no idea on how to play that game. Gotta ask some tutorials from Chung Yu and Jacky tomorrow.

Because I'm a blogger

As cliche as it is, everyone thinks blogging is another serious issue among teenagers, as in people do not agree that it's a growing trend but instead, they have a different perception about bloggers. It is like all the bloggers in Malaysia take private photos of their teachers and post it online for their schoolmates to see. I don't do that.


Last week, I chose to write about blogging as one of my rewarding hobbies, in English Paper 1. Surprisingly, I could score very high with it. I am trying to show off, yes. Seriously, I can't wait for Left 4 Dead 2, man.

15 Malaysia

I was browsing through Namewee's official Facebook page, when I came across a website so called 15 Malaysia. 15 Malaysia is a short film project and it is actually a compilation of 15 short films made by 15 filmmakers. Apparently, it sounds as if the film directors are going against the one Malaysia concept, but if you watch the videos, 15 Malaysia does not involve racisms or whatsoever you might think.

I spent 2 hours watching all the videos, and of all the short films I've watched, I still prefer "Potong Saga", starring Namewee as the main character. On top of that, "slovak sling" is good too.





I scored 53% for both my Add Maths and Physics. So consistent. I feel so proud to have gotten such a "not-so-good" result as I have never went to a tuition centre before. I feel so jealous when Darren can score 95/100 for his Add Maths, while I can only score 51. And my Biology Paper 1 drops too.


I missed all the fun yesterday. I was not able to join my classmates for a LAN party at the Double Star's cyber cafe. Anyway, I am now downloading a few parts of Left 4 Dead 2 Demo. I guess most of you do not trust the demo version. Well, Left 4 Dead 2 Demo would be available to PC and Xbox 360 pre-orders.


"Left 4 Dead 2's demo will hit in early November, but people who pre-order the game will get it a week early, Valve announced today." And I bet this is the reason why it is leaked.

My blog is now in red

I spent the whole night working on my new template, but I wasn't satisfied with it. I couldn't find any Windows 7 template for my blog's layout. Finally, I have decided to modify my old green template. Look at that new "search" button. Lol. I spent two hours on that small little glossy button. I am still getting used with my Photoshop CS3.


Have to go to school again tomorrow. Crap.
